One woman died and five more people were rescued in Bushrangers Bay this afternoon.
The Police Air Wing, Westpac Rescue Helicopter and Air Ambulance attended along with the Water Police and local members.
Four People have been taken to hospital for treatment and the police will be preparing a report for the coroner.
